Resonance & Healing - Kundalini Yoga & Song Circle

Think live music during a KY class, that turns into a song circle kirtan-style... We will share and teach some original songs and chant and learn a few traditional Kundalini chants as well…

We will begin with opening mantras to ground us, then weave in and out of meditation, movement, chanting, partner practice, gong, singing, receiving, and maybe even some dancing! Come with an open mind and spirit, and be ready to connect to the divine through music, movement, our voices and each other….

A few IMPORTANT reminders below --

• Entrance: Please DO NOT knock on the front door -- Please walk up the driveway to the left of the house (past the camper), enter the back gate and come around to enter through the back door.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive around 6:15pm, so you'll have some time to find a place to park on the street, walk to the house, and get settled in before the 6:30 pm start.
• What to bring/wear: All optional, but would suggest a pillow to sit on, a water bottle, and wear comfy clothes!
• Space/Home: Please note there is a cat and dog that live in the house (but will not be in the space during our class, just as an FYI); also the space is on the smaller side, so get ready to get cozy!
• Free/Donation Based: This is a free event, we want to keep it accessible! However, we opened it up to donations, but only if you feel called. Please know there is no expectation to donate!
