- Forest Bathing with Your Plant Baby – Begin with a guided forest bathing meditation, connecting with your brand-new plant companion.
- All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow – Move through an energizing, all-levels 30-minute vinyasa yoga class led by experienced instructors - Perfect for beginners!
- Celebrate After Class – Enjoy a cold craft beer (or non-alcoholic option) and socialize with your fellow yogis.
Each ticket includes:
