In Spirit is a gently guided, in-person ceremony created to honor beloved companion animals who have passed and continue to live on in spirit. Whether your loss is recent or long held, this gathering offers a quiet, supportive space to remember, reflect, and stay connected to the love that remains.

This 90-minute ceremony is intentionally intimate and community-centered, allowing time for grounding, guided reflection, and a simple ritual aligned with the season of renewal. You'll be welcomed exactly as you are, with no expectation to share more than feels right.

What to Expect:
A grounding opening to arrive and settle into the space

Guided reflection focused on gratitude and the enduring human–animal bond

A simple, meaningful ritual honoring animals in spirit

A gentle closing to support integration and return to the day

You're welcome to bring a small photo or token in honor of your companion, though nothing is required.

This ceremony is offered at a community-centered rate to honor the care, preparation, and presence involved while remaining accessible. If cost is a barrier, you're welcome to reach out.

Logistics and Rgistration:
Free parking available on-site

Registration closes 48 hours before the event to allow time for preparation

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event. Due to preparation and space planning, refunds are not available within 7 days of the event date.

Living pets do not attend, allowing the space to remain quiet and supportive for all participants.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Jaime Kuhn is an Animal Reiki Teacher, Certified Companion Animal End of Life Doula, and personal Mesa Carrier in the Andean Shamanic Tradition. She is dedicated to supporting animals and their human companions during life's most tender moments, creating compassionate spaces for healing, connection, and transformation.

Specializing in Animal Reiki and End-of-Life Doula services, Jaime helps pets navigate chronic illness, anxiety, and aging while guiding their families with empathy and respect. As a certified practitioner of the Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki, she blends mindfulness and presence with practical expertise in animal health and compassionate, non-clinical support during end-of-life transitions. Her role as a Mesa Carrier deepens her connection to the natural world and reinforces her understanding of the interconnectedness of all beings, enhancing her ability to support the emotional and spiritual needs of animals and their families with grace and presence.

Guided by her mission to spread compassion, Jaime honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all beings. Her work reflects a profound respect for the resilience of the human-animal bond and the harmony that emerges when we embrace our shared journey.
Through The Empowered Companion, Jaime offers a heart-centered approach to healing and renewal. While specializing in Reiki and end-of-life care, she also provides Collaborative Feline Behavior Modification and Compassionate Care Pet Sitting.
