Join us for a 2-hour journey of conscious breath, movement, and sound in community. This is your invitation to express, to be seen, to be heard, to release what you're ready to let go of, and to recalibrate your nervous system.
Holosomatic breathwork creates a safe container for deep transformation. Through this practice, you'll tap into your body's innate wisdom and unlock what's ready to release under this powerful moon.

PREPARATION: Please eat lightly in the 2 hours before the event. A small snack will be provided after the breathwork session.

Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR: Juliana, founder of Somatic Jules, is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and psychedelic guide. She has a background in psychology and addiction studies, and holds a license under NMHA as a psilocybin facilitator. She is inspired by uncovering the divine intelligence that moves through all of us so people may live an authentic, meaningful, free, and joyous life.
