Together we’ll explore gentle tools and techniques that help calm and regulate the nervous system so you can begin shifting out of constant stress and back into a state of balance.
You’ll also have the chance to connect with other like-minded women in a welcoming, supportive space. By the end, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and recharged, with practical tools you can carry into your daily life.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
Angela has been immersed in the world of healing, embodiment, and personal transformation for almost two decades. With a background in the study of the human body and psychology, and as a certified somatic relationship coach, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer, She guides clients in understanding their patterns, regulating their nervous systems, and reconnecting with the deeper intelligence of their bodies.
Ukoiya is a board-certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and passionate about helping people get "unstuck" taking their health and therefore their life to the next level. While many people have an idea of what they should do, taking that firststep can be daunting and maintaining a new lifestyle change can be even more of a challenge.
Using a personalized approach, she prioritizes the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being, while incorporating Functional Medicine principles on adjustable lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, physical activity, and relationships.
