Exhale at the Grange: A Sound + Reiki Immersion

For this special evening, the Broomfield Crescent Grange will be transformed into a sound sanctuary, a spacious and resonant hall where sound can fully bloom and travel.

Three sound practitioners will come together to create an immersive field of vibration using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments. As the layered tones ripple through the room, the natural acoustics of the Grange allow the sound to gently surround and hold you, inviting your body to soften and nervous system to shift into deep rest.

During the immersion, Reiki will also be offered to support relaxation and energetic balance. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
