Equinox Reset: New Moon Sound Bath

As the Spring Equinox and New Moon align, we gather to pause, reset, and welcome the season of renewal.

The equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark- a natural turning point. The new moon invites intention. Together, they create a powerful opportunity to rest deeply and begin again with clarity.

This immersive sound bath is designed to gently calm the nervous system and create space for reflection, release, and renewal.

What to expect:

We'll begin with a brief grounding practice and intention setting. You'll then then be guided into a restorative sound immersion using crystal singing bowls chimes, and other vibrarional instruments. The experience is laying down and meditative. No prior experience is needed.

Sound works through frequency and resonance, helping shift the body out of stress response and into a more regulated state. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, clear, and centered afterward.

This is not a performance - It is a space to rest.

What to bring:

-yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

-Blanket (layers recommended)

-Pillow or bolster for comfort
