Hosted by Emily Wikel
Through this 2-hour experience, Emily and Dooley invite you into a space of gratitude and heart-opening. A journey where you’re guided to soften and allow more love to move through you.
The Breathwork Technique:
Emily will lead a 3-part breath (inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale) that activates your body’s innate ability to release, recalibrate, and reconnect.
Breathwork can help you:
The Power of Bass:
Dooley’s live soundscapes blend deep bass tones with hypnotic rhythms, designed to shake up stagnant energy and create a visceral experience of movement and release. Low frequencies resonate with the body’s energetic field, inviting full-body recalibration and grounding. Combined with breathwork, the bass acts as a carrier for your emotional and energetic shifts, amplifying the healing process.
Everyone’s journey with sound and breath is unique. You may experience visuals, heightened sensations, or deep emotional releases—all are welcome as part of this shadow exploration.
