Caring for others requires care in return β especially in work rooted in lived experience, cultural responsibility, and community care.
Caring for the Caregivers is a monthly healing session for people of color working in the birth and maternal health world β including doulas, midwives, lactation professionals, community health workers, therapists, advocates, and other caregivers supporting families.
This space is intentionally designed to offer rest, grounding, and collective healing in a culturally rooted and affirming environment.
Each session is led by a trusted community healer and includes AccuDetox (auricular acupuncture) β a gentle, evidence-informed practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of care. Advance registration is required.
β¨ This offering is free and centered on restoration, reflection, and care for those who hold others.
