April Full Moon Women's Circle

Join us at Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness in the main studio (ground floor) to celebrate the full moon and welcome the beginning of spring. This circle will invite you to reflect on your intentions going into spring and sow the seeds for growth in this season. You can expect the evening to open with an astrological overview of this month's moon and potent themes, guided journal prompts with individual journaling time, and group shares in the circle. Look forward to intentional sharing, connection, and a newfound sense of sisterhood. Coven Meeting's women's circles are a powerful way to step out of your comfort zone, embrace sisterhood, and connect more deeply with yourself. We are so excited to have you in the coven.

What to Bring & How to Prepare:
🌿 Water – stay hydrated throughout the event
📝 Journal + pen – for guided journal prompts and reflections
🧘‍♀️ Comfy clothes – something you can relax and feel comfortable in
✨ Anything that helps you feel grounded – crystals, items to add to the altar, etc.

Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.

Please arrive 10 minutes before to secure street parking and settle into the space.

About Your Facilitator:

Skyler Potocek is the founder of Coven Meeting, a monthly journal club and women's circle group for empowered women to intentionally gather, reflect, and connect. Skyler is a certified Women's Guidance Facilitator in Denver, CO. Aiming to create a safe space for all to share in authentic expression, Skyler enables women to feel seen, heard, and loved by community within the circle.
