About Lauren:
Lauren has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and taught for over a decade, with a focus on yoga for longevity and helping people move well throughout life. Her teaching is informed by ongoing study with Donna Farhi, training in ELDOA, and an extensive background in martial arts, tai chi, and qigong. As a mental health therapist, Lauren brings a unique understanding of embodiment, self-inquiry, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being to her teaching.
