Yoga At Duality Salon

Join us for an evening of relaxation by the pool. Liza Schklar of Karmic and Lilic Yoga will lead us in a beginer level yoga session, safe for all ages and activity levels. This event requires you to bring your own mat and towel. Check in starts at 7pm where you can collect salon swag, grab some hot tea, and be guided to our poolside session.

Liza is a valued community Yogi that has led all ability levels in her own studio and in guest studios including sessions at Black Swan Yoga. We will have a tip jar for Liza, so bring cash for a donation/gratuity.
