Itβs easy to become βuprootedβ in the busyness of modern life. This Earth Day, gather with a supportive community of women to unplug from the noise and experience a restorative session of shared rhythm and healing energy.
This is a space for women of all ages to clear the mind and feel more grounded through the heartbeat of the frame drum, one of the oldest instruments in human history.
The Frame Drum:
For thousands of years, this simple drum [a wooden hoop with skin stretched over one side] was primarily a woman's instrument. In ancient cultures, it was used by women as the instrument of celebration and prayer to mark the changing of seasons and other natural cycles. A tool to harmonize with the earth and the rhythms of the natural world.
