Women's Drumming Reset

Hosted by MH

Unplug from the noise for a restorative session of shared rhythm and healing energy.

The Equinox is the perfect time to pause and find your balance. As we welcome the coming of Spring, unplug from the noise for a restorative session of shared rhythm and healing energy with a likeminded community of women.

This is a space for women of all ages to clear the mind, ground the spirit, and bond through the heartbeat of the frame drum, one of the oldest instruments in human history.

Interesting Facts About The Frame Drum:

For thousands of years, this simple drum [a wooden hoop with skin stretched over one side] was primarily a woman's instrument. In ancient cultures, it was used by women as the instrument of celebration and prayer to mark the changing of seasons and other significant "resets."

Are you ready to unplug and reconnect to that lost lineage in community with other women?

What to Expect:

  • Frame drums will be provided.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • A supportive, low-pressure environment.
  • Quality time in community with other women.
  • Suitable for ages 8 and above.
