Weekly Download is a 2-hour extended yoga class led by Sam P. that is designed to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically process the week. This longer-format class gives you the space and time to truly unwind and integrate.

The extended format allows for a more complete practice than a standard one-hour class, moving through multiple phases:

Class Structure

  • Opening (15 min) β€” Centering, breathwork, and intention setting
  • Flow (45 min) β€” Dynamic vinyasa sequences to build heat and move energy
  • Peak poses (15 min) β€” Challenging postures to build strength and focus
  • Cool down (15 min) β€” Gentle stretching and yin-style holds
  • Breathwork (15 min) β€” Extended pranayama practice
  • Meditation & Savasana (15 min) β€” Deep rest and integration

This class is ideal for practitioners who want to go deeper and give themselves the gift of an unhurried, thorough practice. All levels welcome with modifications offered. Drop-in rate: $18 all-day pass. Unlimited monthly membership: $99/mo.
