Join us for a fully immersive yoga flow of sights, scents, and sensational sounds. We'll throw it back as we flow and chill to Radiohead's "In Rainbows" on the record player in the first of our Vinyl Album night series.
We'll start by easing into the practice with stretching, breath work, and meditation to Radiohead instrumentals, then start the record as we build up heat and groove into our flow. As the album concludes, we'll ease into yin and end with a technicolor sound bath and optional essential oils. When class concludes, students are welcome to stay to discuss the album or just socialize with other music-loving yogis over some delicious decaf chai.
