Tribal Joy Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance

Come dance with us at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center every Sunday morning! Tribal Joy is a weekly community gathering featuring freeform ecstatic dance in a safe, sober, and inclusive space.

Schedule

• 10:00 AM — Warm Up
• 11:00 AM — Opening Circle
• 11:11 AM — Program begins
• 12:00 PM — Closing Circle
• 12:21 PM — Final Farewells
• 12:45 PM — Optional 2nd wave dance with Derek (additional fee)

We Dance As One Tribe, And We Pray As One Soul.

Parking is in the back, in the paved and gravel lot off Allred Drive. Take the sidewalk to the front of the building and enter through the blue door.

Guidelines

• This is a substance-free, sober space
• Barefoot dancing preferred
• No phones or cameras on the dance floor
• Respect personal space and consent
• All levels welcome — no dance experience needed

Sliding scale pricing ($15–$25) ensures no one is turned away for lack of funds. Work trade opportunities available.
