Transpersonal Breath Alchemy is an immersive circular breathwork journey into the deeper landscapes of body, consciousness, and spirit.
Through conscious connected breathing, intentional holds, and guided visualization, the thinking mind begins to quiet and the inner world opens. Therapeutic in nature, the journey creates space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, expanded awareness, and profound states of stillness.
Throughout the experience, Reiki will be offered to support the subtle energy body, followed by a multidimensional sound bath for grounding and integration.
An invitation to journey beyond the familiar self, listen to what lives beneath the surface, and return to the wisdom already within.
