Many women carry unspoken grief, heartbreak, self-protection, and the weight of constantly caring for others. Over time, these experiences can create a sense of disconnection from our bodies, our emotions, and our ability to receive the love and support we long for.
This sacred experience invites you to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with tenderness.
Through sister circle, guided embodiment practices, breathwork, reflection, and a sacred self-breast massage ritual, we will create space to gently unwind emotional tension and reconnect with the intelligence of the heart. This is a self-massage experience only; participants will be invited to touch their own bodies, with no partner work or touch between participants.
Breast massage has long been practiced in various traditions as a way to cultivate body awareness, self-love, circulation, and connection with the heart center. In this ceremony, breast massage is approached as a ritual of reverence and self-care—a way of listening to the body rather than trying to fix it.
Together we will:
• Gather in authentic sisterhood
• Explore the connection between the heart, emotions, and the body
• Practice guided self-breast massage in a safe and supportive environment
• Cultivate greater softness, self-trust, and self-compassion
• Release emotional heaviness and reconnect with what matters most
• Experience the healing power of being witnessed in community
No experience is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Please bring:
• Journal and pen
• Comfortable clothing and layers
• A small towel or sarong
• Your favorite body oil (optional)
• An open heart
This is a space for women who are longing to reconnect with themselves, deepen their capacity to receive, and remember the wisdom that already lives within.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling softer, lighter, and more connected to your heart.
*Please note: This workshop includes a guided self-breast massage practice. This experience does not include partner work, touch from facilitators, or touch between participants.
