- How and why I cultivate inauthenticity, even unconsciously.
- Indicators that I'm being inauthentic.
- Understand why we fall into the traps of putting on masks.
- How to break free and learn to be myself, inhabiting my own unique strength and being.
- Give a process to help you embrace your authentic self.
