The theme of this month’s circle is Nurturing You.

You give so much care to your people, your home, and the world, and this month we are inviting you to give yourself the space you need to nurture and nourish yourself, and truly fill your own cup.

Together we will:

• Consider what gift we would like to offer to ourselves
• Be guided through a deep and relaxing Yoga Nidra experience
• Share and hold space for one another in Council
• Write an authentic Love letter to ourselves

Wear your coziest clothing (pajamas are allowed!) and prepare for an experience that will feel like a warm hug from start to finish.
