Join us for Sunday Wellness with Derek — a weekly reset designed to help you move, breathe, and feel your best. Each Sunday features a fresh yoga theme, so every class brings a new focus (think: mobility, strength, deep stretch, balance, breathwork, or mindful flow) with options for different experience levels. You leave feeling grounded, energized, and restored — the perfect way to close out the weekend and start your week with intention.
Come early for some connection time in the lounge, 6:30-7pm.
