- Guest Speaker: Mateo Flows will share insights on The MindβBody Connection and how understanding it can support personal growth and awareness.
- Β Guided Movement: Marci Weinstein, LCSW and Kripalu yoga teacher, will lead an integrative yoga practice designed to help you connect more deeply with your body.
- Β A Balanced Experience: Expect a mix of connection, learning, movement, and reflection.
Β short internal check-in, move into about 30 minutes of yoga, and close with a brief reflection to help integrate what you experienced.
