Sunday Fire: A Sound & Frequency Immersion

Celestial Medicine: Stars to Spine invites you to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, the focused vibrations of medical tuning forks, resonant percussion, music, and poetry, you’ll be guided into a space of deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Led by Dr. Amber, this experience is designed to help you pause, breathe, and simply be-allowing sound and vibration to meet you exactly where you are.

What to expect:

• Crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies
• Medical tuning forks woven throughout the experience
• Resonant percussion for grounding and vibration
• Guided meditation and poetry for stillness and reflection
• Original music from Stars to Spine
• Optional ear seeds as an additional offering
