Sunday 2nd Wave Ecstatic Dance (S. Austin)

A free-form ecstatic dance experience — any way your body wants to move is right, and all of you is welcome! This weekly Sunday afternoon session features high-intensity musical waves with calm bookends, guided by the 5 Rhythms style of movement.

Schedule

• 12:45 PM — Doors open
• 1:00 PM — 45-minute warmup begins
• 1:30 PM — Opening circle with guidelines
• 1:35 PM — One-hour main wave
• 2:35 PM — Closing circle

Guidelines

• Respect & consent — honor personal space
• Sobriety — this is a substance-free space
• Nonverbal communication — maintain the meditative container
• No photography — phones stay off the floor
• Barefoot dancing — socks or dance shoes also acceptable

Sliding scale pricing ($20–$30) — no one turned away for lack of funds. Work trade options available.
