ECSTATIC DANCE is a FREE FORM DANCE. ANY WAY your BODY WANTS to MOVE is RIGHT, and all of YOU is WELCOME.

High intensity waves of music with calm beginnings and calm endings.

Schedule

• 12:45 PM – Doors open
• 1:00–1:45 PM – 45-minute warmup
• 1:30 PM – Opening circle with guidelines & invocation
• 1:35–2:35 PM – One-hour main wave
• 2:35 PM – Closing circle

• Nonverbal communication
• No photography
• Barefoot preferred (socks or dance shoes acceptable)

Pricing

$20–$30 sliding scale. Work trade available.

Parking

Use the lot off Allred Drive, then follow the sidewalk along the building's side to the front entrance (Suite C).
