FREE FORM DANCE — ANY WAY your BODY WANTS to move is welcome. Join Austin Ecstatic Rhythms for the Sunday afternoon 2nd Wave, a high-energy conscious dance experience at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center.

The 2nd Wave follows the 5 Rhythms methodology, guiding dancers through flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness — a complete wave of movement that mirrors the rhythms of life. The music builds from gentle opening beats to a powerful peak, then gradually winds down for integration.

Guidelines

• RESPECT & CONSENT — Honor others' space and boundaries
• SOBER — This is a substance-free space
• NONVERBAL — Let the dance be your expression
• NO PHOTOS — Stay present, no phones on the floor

Sliding scale pricing ($20–$30) with work trade available. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Come as you are and move however your body wants to move.
