Meditative movement, breath work, dance, veil dance, chanting and whirling to bring healing, peace and connection with the heart. When you connect with the breath in a deep way the positive effects are life changing. Tamsin has been teaching since 1994 and studied with Sufi Master Adnan Sarhan from 1988 till his passing in 2021. She now teaches in Europe and America and at the Sufi Summer Retreat in the mountains of New Mexico.
