Breath has a way of reaching places words often cannot.
Soham Breathing is a powerful guided practice of breath, meditation and integration. It supports the nervous system in settling, while also creating space for emotions, sensations and insights to arise naturally.
You do not need previous experience. You do not need to understand the technique beforehand. You simply come, breathe, listen and allow the practice to meet you where you are.
A morning to soften the noise, reconnect with your body and let what is ready to move, move.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Guided breathing practices, meditation, quiet integration and space for reflection.
