This 90-minute immersive workshop weaves together mindful movement, somatic awareness, intentional reflection, and sound healing to support both physical release and mental clarity.
Both members and non-members are welcome!
• Opening Intention Setting
We’ll begin by grounding the body and mind, creating space to set a personal intention for your practice—one that reflects where you are now and what you want to cultivate moving forward.
• Slow Flow with Somatic Movement
You’ll move through a gentle, accessible slow flow focused on somatic movement—subtle, awareness-based motion designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you tune into how your body feels rather than how it performs.
• Pre-Savasana Intention Reset
Before settling into rest, you’ll be guided through a second intention-setting moment—allowing you to refine, release, or reaffirm your intention based on what surfaced during movement.
• Extended Savasana with Soundbath
The workshop concludes with an extended savasana, where you’ll be fully supported as sound and vibration guide you into deep rest. The soundbath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and help integrate your intention on a deeper level.
