This event marks the Spring Equinox — the moment of perfect balance between day and night — and we're celebrating with 108 Sun Salutations, a sacred ritual to release the old season and ignite what you're ready to call in.
108 is a number that represents wholeness, heart, and devotion. In this practice, each salutation is an opportunity to honor what has been, what is, and what is becoming. Expect movement with intention, options and modifications to make the practice accessible to all bodies, and an atmosphere filled with music, community, and connection.
Whether you complete all 108 or take rest along the way, this celebration is about showing up — for yourself, for the season, and for the collective energy we create together. All levels welcome at Wild Heart Yoga in West Austin.
