Join us for a special sound immersion at PURE Yoga + Fitness with Alex Ballew and Alexa Shackelford. The studio will be filled with deep tones from gongs, gentle melodies from the crystal harp, vibrations from singing bowls, drums, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells, chimes and more.
Drift into the stillness below the mind and access the parasympathetic nervous system for an opportunity to let go, rejuvenate, feel grounded and become deeply relaxed. Participants have an opportunity for emotional revelation, a chance to connect with themselves and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self healing.
Props are important for this experience! You will be laying down for the whole experience, so we want to ensure you are comfortable. The more cozy you are, the deeper you will go. So, extra blankets, extra pillows, bolsters, eye masks, etc are a good call. It cannot be overdone.
