Our sound healing guide will lead a 45-minute sound healing experience, guiding you through a series of meditative experiences that use the healing power of sound to help reduce stress and promote relaxation.
You will have the opportunity to experience a variety of sounds and vibrations, carefully curated to help soothe your mind, body, and soul.
