This is your moment to slow down and soak it all in.
What to expect:
This session consists of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended crystal bowl sound bath. You will lie or sit on a yoga mat so dress comfortably. Light refreshments and a delicious homemade herbal tea will be provided at the end of the sound bath.
Logistics:
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled so that we may start on time. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort.
