Sister Circle: A Day of Heart Activation

Join us for a full day of sisterhood, movement, and heart-opening connection! This is a space to shed the masks, come home to your body, and remember your wild, joyful nature.

We'll open in circle with intention-setting and prayer, drop into an inner child meditation, and move through somatic dance that lets the body speak what words can't. A sound bath will guide us into deep relaxation, followed by time for connection and a shared nourishing meal. As the sun sets, we'll close with cacao, honoring the day and each other.
