Join us for a Sunday reset designed to relax your body, soothe your mind, and help you reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Breathwork and gentle yoga movement to release tension
  • Organic Herbal Tea to help you unwind
  • Soothing vibrations from A beautiful soundbath!
  • A supportive and welcoming community space

Flow

Choose yogs or soundbath or both.

  • 2-2.45 PM Gentle yoga
  • 2.45 PM-3.15 PM Calming herbal tea
  • 3.15-4.00 PM Soothing Soundbath

⏰ Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Doors close at 2:05 PM to preserve the sanctity of the container.
