Salt Room Soundbath

Each Sunday morning at 10 am we gather for a restorative morning ritual where salt meets sound.

Crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments create a soundscape that quiets the mind, steadies the nervous system, and invites the body into deep relaxation. Vocal Alchemy is woven in and the resonance of the voice and instruments invites the release of stored tension, while evoking a sense of renewal and inner spaciousness.
