Start your Sunday feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized with a peaceful yoga flow in the beautiful green space at Mueller Lake Park. This class is designed to help you wake up your body, connect with your breath, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day.
Expect a fun, welcoming, and relaxed vibe with a mix of gentle stretches, sun salutations to warm up the body, and light strength building flows. Weβll also incorporate pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to help calm the nervous system and improve focus, followed by a short guided meditation so you leave feeling centered and ready for the day ahead.
The class is beginner-friendly, with options offered if you want to deepen your practice. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll leave feeling more open, calm, and energized.
What to bring:
β’ Yoga mat
β’ Water
β’ Sunglasses or a hat if it's sunny
β’ Optional: yoga blocks if you like using them
What to wear:
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Since itβs a morning class, layers can be helpful while we warm up.
Parking & amenities:
There is some free street parking around the park, and public restrooms are available near the lake and playground area. Yoga mats and blocks are available as needed.
