Using supportive restorative postures, mindful movement, and intentional breathwork, this class helps calm the nervous system while improving flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Whether you've had a stressful workday, spend long hours sitting at a desk, or simply need time to recharge, this class offers a peaceful space to restore your body and reset your mind.
No yoga experience is necessary.
