Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath, where you can unwind and release stress in a safe & peaceful environment.
**Please arrive on time (you will NOT be allowed entry after start time)***
- Call if you are lost, I will instruct you on where to park & meet you downstairs.
- SUGGESTED: Bring your own yoga mat & water, if you don't have one it's totally fine.
- If you have any medical concerns, please advise the instructor prior to start of event.
