Join us on the Oasis Lawn at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa for Resonance: A Sound Experience, a 75-minute immersive wellness experience designed to encourage deep rest, relaxation, and reflection.
Your morning will begin with a guided meditation to help you arrive, settle into your body, and prepare for an extended sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and other instruments. From there, simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sound and vibration to wash over you.
We’ll slowly come back together with a warm cup of tea and an oracle card pull, leaving space to connect, reflect, and ease into the rest of your evening.
No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Come exactly as you are, a little sound vibration goes a long way.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and bug spray. Blocks, bolsters, blankets, or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable are always welcome.
