The evening follows a carefully crafted format designed to guide you from everyday consciousness into deep embodied movement:

- 6:45 PM — Doors open
- 7:00 PM — Warm-up begins with gentle rhythms
- 8:00 PM — Opening Circle
- 8:15 PM — Main Wave — the DJ takes you on a journey through building rhythms, peak intensity, and gentle wind-down
- 9:30 PM — Closing Circle for integration and sharing
This is a substance-free, sober space where you can move freely and authentically. No dance experience necessary — just bring your willingness to move and be moved.
Sliding scale pricing ($20–$30) ensures accessibility. No one is denied for insufficient funds. Work trade opportunities available.
