Qigong at 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge is a gentle practice of flowing movements blended with breath and awareness. This class invites you to listen β€” softening into each motion as you cultivate vital energy (qi) throughout your body.

Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, intentional movement with deep breathing and focused meditation. The practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is designed to cultivate and balance the body's vital life force energy.

What to Expect

  • Gentle, flowing movement sequences
  • Deep breathing exercises coordinated with movement
  • Standing and seated meditation
  • Self-massage and acupressure techniques
  • Grounding and centering practices

Qigong is accessible to all ages and fitness levels. The movements are low-impact and can be modified for seated practice. Regular practice has been shown to improve balance, reduce stress, enhance immune function, and promote overall vitality.

Drop-in rate: $18 all-day pass. Unlimited monthly membership: $99/mo. New student special: unlimited classes for $30.
