Join Lifeline Puppy Rescue for a puppy yoga session where the "downward dog" position gets a literal interpretation. Our classes are led by a certified yoga instructor and feature a roaming pack of rescue puppies ready to join you on your mat for stretches, snuggles, and plenty of tail wags.

• When: Saturday, April 18, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM (45-minute class + 15 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime)

• Who: All skill levels welcome! (Ages 10+)
