Priestesses of the Spiral Path: Lughnasa Women's Circle

Hosted by Brenda Ryan

Join us to celebrate the Celtic festival of Lughnasa and the start of the harvest season

Join our Priestesses of the Spiral Path Women's Circle for soulful sisterhood, a safe and sacred space to share your heart and speak your truth, and participate in powerful indigenous Irish ritual.

Lughnasa (pronounced Lu-na-sa), at the start of August, is the midway point between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox, and marks the beginning of the harvest and our entrance into the Autumn season. This is a time of reflection and thanksgiving, as we reflect on the fruits of our own internal and external harvest so far this year, and give thanks to Mother Earth for all the bounty and abundance in our lives.

Together in circle, we’ll co-create a beautiful nature mandala on our altar, and offer it back to the land with gratitude for the great gift of life. Our gathering will be graced with the presence of the Mother Earth Cloak, just newly arrived from Ireland, adding to our theme of honouring nature and embodying the Divine Feminine essence.

So join us back at the beautiful Rainbow Heart Healing Collective yurt in southwest Austin this Lughnasa. Set amid tranquil Texas Hill Country surroundings, and cozily nestled in among the live oaks, we'll sip hawthorn tea together, beat our drums, and honor the wild willful woman within us.
