Hosted by Exhale Therapy Center
What if healthier relationships begin with feeling safer within yourself?
Join us for an interactive somatic attachment experience exploring how your attachment patterns influence communication, emotional triggers, conflict, and connection. Through an attachment-style framework, guided reflection, breathwork, and sound healing, you will gain practical tools to regulate your emotions, understand your relationship patterns, and feel more at home in your body.
Come alone or bring a partner, friend, or family member. Tonight isnβt just a therapy session, itβs an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and create more secure, intentional relationships.
Co-facilitated by Sakena Whilby, LPC and Bryce Connor, LPC, this is a elevated evening that lets you feel what secure attachment could be like, then gives you a clear, warm path to keep the work going with you.
What you'll move through:
What's included in every ticket: Full 3-hour experience, ritual opening, both teachings, somatic breathwork, closing tea ceremony, adaptogen drinks and light grazing, a take-home Regulation Kit, and a printed keepsake packet with the attachment-style assessment, somatic practices, worksheets, and journaling prompts.
Who this is for: People ready to do real work on the relationship they have with themselves and the ones they have with everyone else. This space is intentionally welcoming to women, queer and non-binary individuals, and people of color.
