Join us for Pause & Breathe, a 30-minute guided meditation experience designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Along with a 30-minute guided journal session.

This intimate, trauma-informed session offers a peaceful space to slow down, quiet the mind, and gently reset in the middle of your week. Whether you are new to meditation or returning to your practice, you are welcome here.

Through guided breathwork and intentional stillness, you’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
