Hosted by Flow Yoga - Cedar Park
The new moon marks the darkest, quietest point of the lunar cycle β a natural pause that cultures around the world have used for thousands of years as a time for rest, reflection, and intention-setting. It's simply a good excuse to stop, look back at the month that passed, and ask what you want to carry forward.
We open with a few quiet minutes of guided reflection β no experience or writing skills required, just noticing how you feel as you arrive.Β
From there, gentle movement helps settle the body before we rest into a guided mantra meditation and sound bath.Β
We close with an opportunity to share your experience with other attendees.
Each student receives a simple kraft journal to keep β a place to jot what you notice before and after each month's meditation. Over time, it becomes a record of your own rhythm. Feel free to bring your own if you have one you love.
No experience necessary β come as you are.
