Music, Movement & Mental Health: A Workshop Series for Women of Color

Music, Movement & Mental Health is a workshop series led by Taylor Hines, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (Supervised by Bri Liu, LPC-S) that explores movement and mental health through the lens of music.

Join me on August 15 as I kick off the series with A Seat at the Table by the incomparable Solange Knowles. Guided by Track 4, "Weary," this session asks one central question: How do we navigate burnout?

In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore how burnout uniquely shows up in the lives of women of color, unpack the patterns and systemic pressures that keep us chronically depleted, and build the language and tools to begin navigating it, individually and collectively. Come ready to learn, reflect, and fellowship with one another.
