What To Expect
A slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for an extended period of time. Expect slow movements, grounding music, and heat from the sauna to relax you deeper.The goal is to release rather than engage muscles, allowing deeper connective tissues to be gently stretched and lengthened.
Led by Kuya's sauna & breathwork facilitator, Marina Kay.

All Guests must arrive by 3:50pm.
This event is FREE for Kuya Members. $40 for Non-Members. All participants must have a ticket.
